I had picked Tim Green, more or less out of the phone book, to show us homes. We were struggling to know what we wanted in a home. Tim showed us a few homes based on what we had told him, but by paying close attention to the discussion throughout that first day, and the reaction we had to the various houses, he realized that what we thought we wanted, was not what had really brought us to Cochrane. At the end of that first day he showed us an empty lot with a spectacular view of the Rocky Mountains. All of the things that we had previously thought were important were instantly forgotten. We left a deposit the following day, and got to move in on August 29th, 2019! Tim's knowledge of his chosen community, and his skills as a realtor, were invaluable in helping us decide that Cochrane was where we are meant to be, and that this house was our place in Cochrane. We could not be happier! After the deal was signed, Tim continued to help us. He helped us to arrange financing and insurance, and he helped with the hundred other details required to move to a new province. Six months after our possession day, he still touches base occasionally to make sure that we are thriving in our new home. Tim is an outstanding ambassador for the town of Cochrane, and now a trusted friend. Our experience has shown to us that Tim has great integrity, knowledge, and skill at reading his clients.
